All ages, all goals

From toddlers afraid to put their face in, to triathletes fine-tuning their stroke — private sessions are fully tailored.

Your instructor, consistently

You'll work with the same instructor every week so your swimmer builds trust and we can track real progress.

Personalized skill plan

After your first session, your instructor shares a written plan with goals for the next 4, 8, and 12 sessions.

Flexible scheduling

30, 45, or 60-minute sessions. Book week-to-week or lock in a recurring weekly time.

Certified adaptive instructors

Our special needs team holds credentials in adaptive aquatics and has experience with autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, CP, and more.

Sensory-aware sessions

Lower music, dimmed deck lights, and advance notice of every transition. We tailor the environment to your swimmer.

1:1 or 2:1 ratios

Choose a standard 1:1 or bring a second instructor for 2:1 support when extra hands are helpful in the water.

Family partnership

We meet with you before the first lesson to learn about your swimmer — triggers, routines, motivators, and goals.

Private & adaptive FAQ

Can I request a specific instructor?

Absolutely — you can request one on the booking form. If they're unavailable we'll match you with someone whose style is similar.

Do special needs lessons require a diagnosis?

No diagnosis is required. If your swimmer benefits from 1:1 instruction, a quieter environment, or adaptive equipment, this program is for you.

Are parents allowed on deck?

Yes — parents are welcome on deck for any special needs lesson. For private lessons with older swimmers we ask parents to observe from the gallery.

What's the cancellation window?

Cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours before your lesson for a full credit. Within 2 hours, the session is billed in full.

Do you offer scholarships?

Yes. Email hello@newheightsaquatics.com to apply. We reserve a set number of scholarship slots each term — cost should never be the barrier to learning to swim safely.
